Shipping rates and times

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $15.  Some restrictions may apply on oversize or overweight items.

We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, and USPS First Class Mail. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Order tracking

We email you the tracking number after your order shipped within 24hrs.  And you can track your order on our website by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in your account. You will need to enter your order number and email address.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and exchanges

We offer one (1) time free return.  You can return your full or partial order to us.  To return, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label and RMA number.  Return shipping label is good for 30 days.

    Beyond Carbide Flame Bit has cross-directional grooves and a pointed tip to quickly and easily smooth and clean around the hard-to-reach cuticle area. This hard, long-lasting bit has a specialized nickel coating that helps prevent rust and keeps the bit sharper for longer.
