Shipping rates and times
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $15. Some restrictions may apply on oversize or overweight items.
We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, and USPS First Class Mail. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Shipping methods
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard shipping: This is our free shipping option. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping: This is a paid shipping option. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
Order tracking
We email you the tracking number after your order shipped within 24hrs. And you can track your order on our website by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in your account. You will need to enter your order number and email address.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns and exchanges
We offer one (1) time free return. You can return your full or partial order to us. To return, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label and RMA number. Return shipping label is good for 30 days.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return any item for a full refund. To return an item, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Restore old gel that has become thick and goopy with Beyond Gel Thinner. Just add a few drops to thin out viscous gel and restore it to a perfect consistency for smooth, glossy application. Easy to use and helps salons save money by eliminating product waste.

- Use with any gel, including gel polish, sculpting gel, soak-off, and non-soak off UV/LED curable gels
- Maintains gel’s original curing time and doesn’t affect quality
- Eliminates waste and extends the life of your gel products
- Dropper included for precise application (dropper packaged separately)
Instructions: Add 3-5 drops to gel bottle, then mix well. If still too thick, repeat adding 3-5 drops and mixing until desired consistency is reached.
NOTE: Use maximum 27 drops per full bottle of gel.
