Shipping rates and times

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $15.  Some restrictions may apply on oversize or overweight items.

We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, and USPS First Class Mail. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipping methods

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping: This is our free shipping option. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: This is a paid shipping option. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

Order tracking

We email you the tracking number after your order shipped within 24hrs.  And you can track your order on our website by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in your account. You will need to enter your order number and email address.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and exchanges

We offer one (1) time free return.  You can return your full or partial order to us.  To return, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label and RMA number.  Return shipping label is good for 30 days.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return any item for a full refund. To return an item, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • Bangbang QC Powders

    Purpose: Created for nail professionals to fix powders with non-curing/slow-curing issues.

    Instructions: Mix 1/2 tsp of QC Powder + 9 tsp of your powder with the issue (1/2:9 ratio, increasing to 1:9 if it still has slow curing time).

    For best results: do not mix with more than a 1:9 ratio.

    Shake the mixture for at least 60 seconds to ensure a proper mix.

  • For Nail Supply Orders of $100 or More

    • For qualifying supply orders totaling $100 or more (before tax and handling fee).
    • Eligible items on our website will be labeled as qualifying for this free shipping offer.
    • Available for delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico).
