Shipping rates and times
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $15. Some restrictions may apply on oversize or overweight items.
We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, and USPS First Class Mail. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Order tracking
We email you the tracking number after your order shipped within 24hrs. And you can track your order on our website by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in your account. You will need to enter your order number and email address.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns and exchanges
We offer one (1) time free return. You can return your full or partial order to us. To return, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label and RMA number. Return shipping label is good for 30 days.

The MANIPro KP-5000 is a premium quality professional electronic nail filing system. The KP-5000 comes fully equipped with features that include: KP-60 handpiece with a high torque motor that ranges from 0 - 30,000 RPMs, the latest acetone-resistant control box, a precision sliding speed control, forward / reverse, and the option to add a MANIPro foot operated speed control. The KP-5000 easily convert from 110 to 220 volt with a flip of a switch.
